Starter is best if you mainly want AI chat and n8n automations for yourself. Pick Growth once you want autonomous agents and a small team, and Business when you need higher limits and more concurrent agent runs.
An agent run is one execution of an autonomous OpenClaw agent. Each run is isolated in its own Kubernetes job with a hard token-cost ceiling and a deadline. Starter has no agent runs; Growth includes 500/mo and Business 2,000/mo.
We meter the tokens actually consumed through our gateway, plus n8n executions and agent runs — recorded as append-only usage events. You are billed a flat monthly subscription per plan; overages never silently bill you, requests are admitted against your plan limits.
Yes. Plan changes and cancellations are handled through Stripe and take effect immediately. Note that only the workspace owner can change the plan or open the billing portal.
Every tenant-scoped query runs under PostgreSQL row-level security, enforced at the database — not just in application code. Agent code runs sandboxed on Kubernetes with no access to the host or other tenants.
